What data we collect
- Contact form and demo requests: name, email, agency name and any details you submit
- Live chat: messages you send us via our chat widget (Tawk.to)
- Analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected via Google Analytics, only once you accept cookies
This policy covers the marketing website only. Data you or your candidates and clients enter into the TempAlly product itself is covered by a separate data processing agreement, available on request.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for two purposes:
- Essential: required for the site and live chat to function, and to remember your cookie choice. These are set automatically.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These are only set if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, and you can decline them at any time.
You can change your mind by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading the page, which will show the cookie banner again.
How we use your data
We use the data above to respond to enquiries, provide product demos and support, and to understand and improve how the website is used. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Who we share data with
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) – website usage analytics, only with consent
- Tawk.to – live chat widget and message history
- Calendly – demo booking scheduling
These providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We retain enquiry and demo request data for 24 months after last contact, and analytics data for the retention period of 14 months.
