Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Move from Startup to Premium the moment you're ready for the free modules; there's no downgrade penalty either.
What happens after my free trial?
You choose a plan and add your payment details yourself: nothing switches over automatically, and nothing is charged until you decide to continue.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
No contract on Startup or Premium, cancel whenever you like. Enterprise plans include a custom agreement, agreed upfront.
Do candidates or clients count as seats?
No. Seats only cover your internal team; candidates and clients using the portal are unlimited and free on every plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment by default, with monthly invoicing available on Enterprise plans.
Do I need to pay extra for support?
